Douglas is a social and environmental activist, donating flowers to many charities, including GOAL USA, the Lambs Church Gifted Hands program, the Rebecca Kelly Ballet for Children, the Thomas Cole National Historic Foundation, the Athens Cultural Center, Interfaith Fellowship and many other civic, artistic, spiritual, human and animal rights organizations.
