1. How can I improve the appearance of my property while simultaneously cutting the budget?

This is where we can do our most creative work for our clients. 2. What if my business needs professional plantings, but I do not have the money to hire a company to maintain the plants?

We encourage clients to allow us to design the horticultural décor (at a reduced cost), so there is money for the maintenance. We usually find that clients who hire us to also do the maintenance of their plants and gardens, save money in the long run because they are spending less on frequent replacements of plants that were not professionally maintained. Our staff can spot an issue before it becomes a real stress on the plant and possibly solve the problem before the plant has to be removed and replaced.

3. How can I get specific information and ideas on how to upgrade the appearance of the building decor that I can present to upper management?

When you ask us to provide you with a detailed cost proposal, you get a complete package with specific details and plans that can be used to present to upper management. Depending upon your situation, we can provide drawings, renderings, floor plans, or any other tool necessary to convey the concept along with detailed costs.

4. Why should I pay a company to install our holiday decorations?

Your staff members are charged with the task of executing day to day duties. Giving the task to install the holiday decorations, which are installed once a year for a few weeks is akin to asking a dentist to perform plastic surgery. The staff might be able to struggle through the task, but the results will usually be less than the best that can be accomplished. This means that most staff members are not well trained at preparing and installing holiday decorations and the results will clearly show this fact. One of the critical elements of holiday decorating is the unpacking, re-packing for storage, boxing and storing the decorations.
